Your digital health card: How to register on e-medicine.mk in 5 minutes?

In the digital age, healthcare is becoming more accessible than ever. With e-medicine.mk, you can get medical consultations and advice – without waiting in line at the doctor’s office.
Registration takes only 5 minutes, and in this blog post we will guide you through all the steps:
Before you start
Duration: about 5 minutes

Required for registration

• Active email (you will need it for confirmation)
• Mobile phone
• Personal data (first name, last name, date of birth, gender)
• Optional: profile photo

Steps

Step 1 – Open e-medicine.mk and click “Registration”

1. Select a language (Macedonian, English or Albanian).
2. On the first page you will see the “Registration / Sign up” button – click it.

Step 2 – Choose a profile type

The platform offers two types of profiles:

• Patient – ​​for users seeking healthcare services.
• Doctor – for healthcare professionals offering services through the platform.

Step 3 — Fill in your personal details

In the form, enter:

• Email: enter a valid address (you will receive a confirmation code)
• Password: at least 8 characters, with a combination of letters and numbers
• First and last name
• Phone: in national format (07x…)
• Date of birth and Gender

Tip: If the system reports an error that the email is taken, you may already have a profile. Check with “Forgot password”

Step 4 – Add a profile photo (optional)

This section is optional, but recommended. Upload a clear photo in which you are recognizable.

• Format: JPG or PNG
• Recommendation: square image (1:1)
• Size: up to 5 MB

Step 5 – Accept the terms

Indicate that you accept the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
The platform is intended for people over 18 years of age.

Step 6 – Verification

After clicking “Register”, you will receive an email with a confirmation link.

*Tip: Don’t forget to check your Spam folder if the confirmation email does not arrive within the first 5 minutes.

Step 7 – First login to the profile

After successful verification, a panel will appear with your information and options for selecting a suitable doctor and appointment.

From here you can:

• view all doctors and appointments;
• book an online consultation or video examination.

With that – your digital health card is ready! 🎉
Now you can schedule an online appointment, track your results, and communicate with your doctor – all from your mobile.
